Named after the UAE’s formation in 1971, Hub71 is creating the optimal environment for transformative tech companies looking to maximize success, produce outstanding tech innovations and scale globally.
Hub71 is a flagship initiative of the AED 50 billion economic accelerator program, Ghadan 21, which means “tomorrow” in Arabic.

ADGM allows entrepreneurs to set up in the UAE at a very competitive cost. Businesses can hit the ground running and take advantage of Hub71’s community of founders, partners and business enablers under the umbrella of internationally recognized legal and commercial frameworks. The ADGM tech startup license is sector agnostic.

OYO will provide select accommodation to startups that have been granted Hub71’s incentive packages, which will be located in Al Reem Island 5 minutes driving distance from Al Maryah Island.
